Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

This policy applies only to the purchase of the WMH Membership Kit, which is a physical product issued to eligible members after confirmation of membership level.

This policy does not apply to:

  • Membership application or approval decisions
  • Membership fees (unless explicitly stated)
  • Donations, events, or voluntary contributions

2. Membership Kit Eligibility

The Membership Kit is issued only after:

  • Membership application is approved
  • Membership level is confirmed
  • Payment for the Membership Kit is successfully completed

Purchase of the Membership Kit does not guarantee:

  • Membership approval
  • Continued membership status
  • Any professional or regulatory certification

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 5–7 working days after payment confirmation and membership approval
  • Dispatch is subject to verification, availability, and internal processing timelines
  • WMH does not guarantee same-day or expedited dispatch

4. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Timeline

Shipping Coverage

  • Membership Kits are currently shipped within India only, unless otherwise announced

Estimated Delivery

  • 7–14 working days from the date of dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Location and courier partner
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or logistical disruptions

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order
  • WMH may offer free shipping for certain membership categories or promotions

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligible Refunds

Refund requests will be considered only if:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of placing the order
  • The Membership Kit has not been shipped
  • Membership status remains valid and unchanged

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The Membership Kit has been dispatched or delivered
  • Delivery has been attempted
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details were provided
  • Membership is withdrawn, suspended, or terminated after dispatch
  • Delay or non-delivery occurs due to courier or force majeure events

7. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is 7–10 working days from approval
  • Timelines may vary based on banking or payment gateway processes

8. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Members are responsible for ensuring:

  • Accurate and complete shipping address
  • Valid contact information

If delivery fails due to:

  • Recipient unavailability
  • Incorrect address
  • Repeated failed attempts

Re-shipping costs, if applicable, may be borne by the member.


9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If the Membership Kit is received in a visibly damaged condition:

  • Notify WMH within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photographic evidence may be requested

WMH will review the matter and may offer a replacement at its discretion.
