Service Delivery & Process Excellence Workshop

We hosted an engaging workshop titled “Service Delivery & Process Excellence” for the dedicated employees of George Telegraph Training Institute. Held on 5th August 2024, at the main branch in Sealdah, Kolkata, this full-day, interactive workshop welcomed 60 participants from various GTTI branches.

🌐 The workshop was expertly designed and conducted by Mr. Sukreet Shome, a KPMG certified Instructional Design Practitioner and the Chief L&D Consultant of the World Mental Healthcare Association (WMHA).
